Jaime is just minding her own business when Kim walks into her life one day. No one could possibly know that when Kim files for divorce, her husband would be shot and killed and Jaime's best friend, a transsexual, would be in a hospital bed fighting for his life, after being the victim of hate. Will it bring Jaime and Kim together or will it push them apart?
Love Me Like I Don't Deserve It edition by Jesse MacGregorJones Literature Fiction eBooks
Jaime and Kim's love story is one for fairy tales! They are both so strong, courageous, and genuine for seeming to be so broken in the beginning. I love the way author Jesse MacGregor-Jones makes the reader believe that Jaime is rescuing Kim, when it proves to be that Kim is saving Jaime!I enjoyed the flow of the book. The slow build up was a lover's tease...getting us excited for much much more! Jesse MacGregor-Jones delivered! I have been in love with my partner of 9 years, but I have to admit that I was crushing pretty hard on Jaime! Great read! So glad I got the book...you should get it, too!

Love Me Like I Don't Deserve It edition by Jesse MacGregorJones Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Jesse is in her 50 years old and evidently in fine health, suggesting that her publishers had plenty of time to consider publication. They ought to have mulled it over a bit longer. Love Me Like I Don't Deserve It, is a terrible book – the kind of self-indulgent, ill-conceived, and poorly-edited disaster that makes you doubt whether or not you could truly have liked the works that preceded it or follow.
To write this ill attempt at lesbian erotica it is clear this author has never been laid.
I suguest this author doesn't quit her day job and best fit for mopping floors.
I have deleted this book from my kindle and have asked for a refund.
I don't normaly write reviews as it's sometimes hard to put into words why I enjoyed a book. It is mostly based on how it makes me feel and did it draw me in? This book did draw me in and I enjoyed the story line.
This the the third Jesse MacGregor-Jones book that I have read. I started reading this and didn't put it down until I finished it. A beautiful love story that eloquently portrays the butch-femme "dance." So well written and memorable. Seriously, who doesn't want to be loved like they don't deserve it? I can't wait to read more of this author's works.
This book was not long enough for me but it makes me wish for a Jaime of my very own.
Well written and kept my interest till the end. The characters are interesting and the diversity represented is wonderful. I definitely recommend it!
Unfortunately I didn't like this book as much as some of the other reviewers. Even though it was a short book, it just felt way too rushed.
Jesse MacGregor-Jones is an amazing and talented author. The story is amazing and relevant to today's society -- not just to the GLBT community but to the straight community as well. Jesse makes it so easy for me (a dyslexic reader) to see, feel and related to her characters quickly and easily! Being dyslexic, I have few authors that I like or feel as if I can relate to their stories and characters -- Robert Jordan, Stephen King, George Orwell, Ray Bradbury, and Arthur C. Clark just to name a few. I count Jesse MacGregor-Jones among them. Thank you, Jesse, for your work!
